1. Mentor
Join our Spring Mentorship Program and become a mentor to an intern from Digital NEST’s bizzNEST internship program! This program consists of 18 – 24-year-old interns connecting with professional mentors in their field of interest, offering crucial support as they complete their internships and prepare for their next career steps. As a mentor, you’ll provide networking guidance, resume and portfolio feedback, interview strategies, and insights into your industry and career paths. This is a unique 6-month commitment (January to June), one hour per month, virtually to share your expertise, introduce a young professional to your network, and help shape the future of their career.
2. Recruit
Consider sharing early career roles, internships, and apprenticeship opportunities with our talented Digital NEST interns to provide them with a valuable first step into the workforce. Many of our interns are qualified to launch their careers but are often overlooked, potentially ignoring incredible candidates. Don’t miss out! By partnering with Digital NEST, your company can play a pivotal role in changing that.
Our interns are driven, creative, and ready to contribute; many of them have already developed expertise through our in-house creative agency, bizzNEST, where they gain hands-on experience in fields like web design, graphic design, video production, and more. 3. Educate
Share your story through participating in workshops, speaker panels, or contributing to our Employer Blog, you have the chance to share knowledge and skills that our youth may not encounter otherwise, offering guidance that can help them overcome challenges, refine their goals, and feel empowered to take the next steps in their careers.
