Who is Digital NEST?
We are a youth workforce development organization based in Watsonville. For the past 12 years, we have helped over 4,800 youth build the technical skills, professional networks, and career confidence needed to transform their futures. The safety, dignity, and professional growth of our youth and staff are foundational to our organization, and maintaining their well-being is critical to our mission.

Since opening in Watsonville in 2014, Digital NEST has served as a permanent, reliable institution for young people and their families. We operate 5 physical centers rooted directly within Watsonville, Salinas, Gilroy, Modesto, and Stockton—ensuring young people always have a place where they belong. Since 2014, we have served 4,800+ members from ages 14 to 24, guiding them through transitions in education and career progression. Our executive leadership and staff are drawn from the same communities we serve, maintaining direct alignment with the community.
