At Digital NEST, we believe in opportunity, community, abundance, and economic justice. Our recent Quest Club retreat to the California Academy of Science united youth from Watsonville, Salinas, Gilroy, and Modesto, embodying these values.

Fall Season Highlights

This fall, our Quest programming focused on developing self-empowerment skills, culminating in a retreat. This allowed participants to put what they had learned into action. The critical areas of focus included:

• Self-Awareness: Members engaged in activities that helped them identify their thoughts, feelings, interests, and values.
• Taking Initiative and Ownership: Members learned the importance of being proactive personally and professionally. 
• Organizational Skills: The retreat included exercises to enhance participants’ ability to plan, prioritize, and manage their time effectively. 

Building Connections

The true magic of the retreat was in the connections made. Teens from different communities mingled, shared experiences, and explored challenges together. This is why we created Quest Club – to allow teens to meet new people, learn, grow, and have fun. It is available for high school freshmen to 17+ year olds.

Comprehensive Programs

Quest Club is just the beginning. Our Career Pathways program offers courses in digital marketing, video production, web development, and more for high school seniors to 24-year-olds. Once our members complete the pathway program of their choice, they have the opportunity to apply to our bizzNEST program.

For individuals aged 18-24, our bizzNEST program offers paid internships through our intern-powered creative agency, specializing in video production, graphic design, and web development. Interns work directly with clients, enhancing their professional profiles while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment alongside industry professionals.
